Phone Scoop Review

The Google Pixel 2, made by HTC, is a compact smartphone that merges a metal design with a medium-sized screen. Other stand-out features include squeezable sides to call up the Google Assistant and a rapid fingerprint reader. Android 8 Oreo on the Pixel 2 is the purest software experience available on a modern smartphone. Here is Phone Scoop's in-depth look at the smaller Pixel 2. read review ›

Nice phone w/issues
I just bought a Pixel 2 to replace my Nokia Icon running Windows 8.1. The phone has some nice features and the call quality is great.
The first problem I've had with this phone is that using a Bluetooth headset I cannot text hands free. I receive a notification of an incoming text but this phone will not read it to me or allow me to dictate an answer. This is something that I have been able to do on every other phone I've owned.
The support staff at the Verizon store where I purchased this phone were unable to help and the Google page that loaded when I searched online says this feature is not included on this phone.
This would have been a deal breaker if I had known this before purchase.
